1. Limited Product Warranty
hpprint offers a limited warranty on remanufactured ink cartridges against manufacturing defects and functional issues.
The warranty is valid for:
30 days from the date of delivery
Products used under normal and recommended printing conditions
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from hpprint.
2. What Is Covered
Our warranty covers:
Defective cartridges
Print quality issues caused by cartridge malfunction
Compatibility issues (if the product matches listed printer models)
If a product is found to be defective after review, we may offer:
Replacement
Store credit
Refund (as applicable under our Return Policy)
Each claim is evaluated individually.
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper installation
Misuse or modification of the cartridge
Use in unsupported printer models
Normal wear and tear
Printer damage not directly caused by a verified cartridge defect
hpprint is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
4. Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty support:
Contact our support team within the warranty period
Provide your order number and product details
Share images or a brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Products must not be returned without prior authorization.
5. Inspection & Resolution
Returned products may be inspected before approval of replacement or refund. Warranty coverage applies only after verification of the reported issue.
Shipping costs for warranty returns may vary depending on the nature of the claim.
