At hpprint, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality remanufactured ink cartridges. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The product is incompatible with your printer (as per listed compatibility)

  • You received an incorrect item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

hpprint reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds or replacements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or empty cartridges

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Requests made after the return period

This policy ensures fairness and product quality standards.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone

  2. Provide your order number and issue details

  3. Share images (if applicable) to help us assess the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Returns must not be shipped without confirmation from hpprint support.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer:

  • A replacement cartridge

  • Store credit

  • Refund (as applicable)

Replacement decisions are made after verification and inspection.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
