Cancellation Policy

At hpprint, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order under certain circumstances. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how cancellations can be requested.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact our support team immediately

  • Provide your order number and registered contact details

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund to the original payment method.


2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


3. Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

For eligible cancellations:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

hpprint does not process refunds in cash for online payments.


4. Cancellation by hpprint

In rare cases, hpprint reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be processed.
